From I-70 East or West
Take the Hagerstown Rt.40 W Exit 32B.
Turn left at the 9th light - North Potomac Street - approximately 4 miles.
Parking Deck is on the right.

From I-81 North or South
Take Exit 6A East (Washington Avenue). Follow about 1-1/2 miles to the 12th light at Locust Street and turn left.
Go 1 block and turn left onto Franklin Street. Go another block and turn left onto North Potomac Street. The parking deck is ½ block on right.

Turn right at the 7th light onto Walnut Street Go approximately .5 mile.
City Park is on the right.
The Learning Center Parking lot is on the left.
